Samanjasya is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, biannual online journal published by Zakir Husain Delhi College. It is an open-access electronic journal dedicated to advancing research in the fields of Humanities, Literature, Social Sciences, and related disciplines. The journal provides free, immediate, and permanent access to all its content for readers worldwide.

Samanjasya invites researchers, scholars, and professionals to submit manuscripts that reflect innovative research, including theoretical and empirical studies, reviews, and case studies within the fields of Humanities, Literature, and Social Sciences.

The journal accepts submissions of original research articles. By submitting a manuscript, authors affirm that the work is original, not copyrighted, and not previously published or under consideration elsewhere, except in abstract form. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the manuscript prior to submission.

Instructions to Authors

Manuscripts which are submitted to Samanjasya should:

  • Contain original work
  • Follow aims and scope of the journal
  • Be written in English or Hindi
  • Be submitted in electronic format.

Paper Elements:

  1. Title page with
  • Short but informative title
  • Name(s) of author(s)
  • Affiliation(s) of author(s)
  • E-mail address of the corresponding author.
  1. Abstract (250 words).
  2. Keywords (at most 8 and at least 3).
  3. Text containing
  • Introduction mentioning the subject, its scope, goals and organization of the article
  • Main text containing all important elements pertaining to the article
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments: author(s) may express their thanks for the financial support and etc. under this head.

  2. In order to prepare the galley proof of accepted articles for publication, authors must submit word files written in the style of the Samanjasya and Copyright Agreement signed by the author(s)/corresponding author.
